Sensation Of Penis Leaking But No Actual Leak. My Urine

sensation of penis leaking but no actual leak. my urine is almost completely clear most of the time, barely any color at all. This has been going on for more than a couple of weeks. Have had no sexual contact with anyone for much longer than that. I have even slowed down all water intake but still occurs. I don't drink alcohol nor any illegal drugs, clean lifestyle period. I am always traveling and have very little time to make appointments, my business calls for sudden trips often. What do I need to do here? What could cause this and/or could this be a side effect of something. No new meds started for a long time.
