Several Years I Was Diagnosed With Carpel Tunnel, I Decided

several years i was diagnosed with carpel tunnel, i decided that it wasn't that bad so i opted not to have surgery. now i'm having tingling in my hands any time i hold something (i.e. pen, book, etc) sometimes palms itch and sometimes sharp pain in fingertips. any ideas?
