Severe Pain In Groin Hip Area Pain In Thigh When

severe pain in groin hip area pain in thigh when I move or twist pain in the front off upper thigh couple off months now gets worst with a lot of walking at work . unbearable pain now 6 advil today and a muscle relaxer no improve been to doctor had ex ray said arthrist or a groin pull . don,t no what to do .?????
