Sharp Abdominal Pain, Lower Right Side. Comes & Goes. Usually

sharp abdominal pain, lower right side. comes & goes. usually at night and only when standing. lying down relieves pain. no fever. no nausea. been having for several months. have uterus cyst. could pain be from cyst pulling on other organs? had a colonostomy 6 months ago and there was no problem with appendix.
