Should I Be Concerned About Autoimmune Disorders Given My Elevated SED Rate, Persistent Fever, Rash, Joint Pain, And Thyroid Changes?

Im a 62 year old female with afib and type two diabetes. Ive recently recovered from pneumonia, but have continued with chills and fever every night for the past 26 days. Ive had blood drawn that showed a level of 101 SED rate and a TSH level of .0025. My endocronologist stopped my methimazole medication. I have a rash in the palm of each hand, both thighs and the back of my upper arms along with joint pain in my ankles, elbows and knees. Autoimmune issues have been discussed, but i haven t been able to secure an appointment infectious disease doctor yet. I was tested for the tick diseases - negative. My biggest concern, which hasnt seem to alarm by general doctor or endocronologist, is the SED rate of 101. Two week prior the SED rate was 45. What are your thoughts
