Should I Be Worried That My Four Year Old Is

should I be worried that my four year old is blowing frothy bubbles while asleep. He is not congested and does not have a fever. He has had complaints of a belly ache the last few weeks and did have a fall on ice today and got his cheek and right side of his forehead but seemed ok the rest of the day other then his face being scratched up.
