Should I Go To The ER ? Over An Hour

should I go to the ER ? Over an hour ago I felt very sick -very cold and could not get warm I had pain in my left arm, left side of chest, left shoulder and back I expeienced chills, naseau and dizziness. I had visual problems. Then I broke out in sweat. My B/P has gone from 144/72 to 97/65. My heart is beating at 120 t0 122. I still feel sweaty but not suffering as much. I do have heart problems but I have never had a heart attack. I AM 83 years old - female. Advise
