Since Feb End, 2016 I Am Taking Following Medicines After

since Feb end, 2016 I am taking following medicines after the angioplasty ( one stent, I am a diabetic patient ) and have the problem of constipation . Which of these medicines is causing this ? should I reduce the dosage of it or stop taking one of these tabs to overcome this problem of constipation. Otherwise i don't have any problems.
