Since Friday 8th April Have Had Stomach Pain In Middle

since Friday 8th april have had stomach pain in middle of stomach around belly button that goes off to right i have been to a&e twice and been released as bloods and urine fine x ray fine too. im on pain killers for pain so its managable but cant get anymore after this and dont know what to do
