Since An Year Back I Was Diagonised As Diabetic 2

since an year back i was diagonised as diabetic 2 and age is 40year AND on medication with jalra M 50/500. my morning sugar level will always vary from 110 to 130. after consuming table it will varies from 160 to 200. i am a regular walker and gymer. this symtom is our family heredity. should i continue this tablet or any other medicine to be taken
