Since The End Of Aug. That Develop A Hole In

since the end of aug. that develop a hole in my left ear,so there fore all sound are realy bother me and canot hear well from it. saw a specilest doctor and he tell me that should wait until jan. and i might have to have surgery.. mean time i can't tolorate .please tell me wat to do.
