I am 51 yr old women. I have been suffering from constipation problem. For bowel movement it takes atleast 25 minutes for clearing. Please suggest for bowel movement within 5 minutes for clearing. Which medicine is advisable. Cremaffin plus or Milk of Magnesia. Please advise
