I am taking cilaheart 10mg bd. my bp is under control. I am a diabetic also taking insulin

I am taking cilaheart 10 mg for three years. bp is under control. I have a heart dicease af. taking calaptin
40 mg tid for15years. I am a diabetic also controlling with insulin (mixtard 30/70). now my problem is in my ecg recently taken shows first degree avblock. and daily I am suffering irregular heartbeat for some time ( 20 minuts). former my irregular heart beat is only suffering me in the interveles of 6 to 10 months.
sir I have a doubt that the ecg problem and irregular heartbeat is due to sideeffect of cilacar. please advice me which group is good for my hypertension
