Sir, I Had Common Cough & Cold 20 Days Back

I had common cough & cold 20 days back for which i took cough syrup and an anti biotic azithromycin 500mg. after that I started having loose motion, bad stomach. 5 days ago i visited a doctor he prescribed Rifaximin 400mg 3times a day, Bifilac capsule twice a day and once Pan 40 in empty stomach. Its been 5 days i am taking these medicines but can't see any improvement. Its been 15-20days of my loose motion i am concerned please suggest any alternative i should take.
i had history of having eosinophilia.
