Sir I Had Hair Line Fracture At My Left Foot

I had hair line fracture at My left foot left side in the middle 2 yrs ago but as on today if I dont use anklet the ankle area gets swelling and much painful while walking for some time till proper circulation of blood

kindly suggest the way out
