sir, I m a 24 yr old male student .in 2010 it was fistula in ano occurred in my anus. after that I was advised to go for surgery buy a surgeon but my cousin' s father told don't do surgery in acute phase .afterward I feel pus in that and it pains and relieves afers pus comes out. I used ayurvedic medicines for1 yrs .in that period ditula shrinks. but .constipation persists .hard stool bowl movement persists .in 2012 starting it starts bleeding while stool passes it pains and swellod anus and so I went to surgeon , the doctor told it is fissure and fistula shrinks .I m advised diltazasic ointment to apply ad some antibiotics. but I used it for 2 weeks and it heals somehow. so as the stool hard problem stars otherwise soft stool doesn't pain too much. in 2014 when pain persists after bath and can' t site due pain. I went to another doctor I was recommended .sucral ano cream .acenac Mr tab .pantop d tab.Q-LAX syp twice spoon in night.
