Sir, My Son Of 3 Year Old Suffering From Cough

My son of 3 year old suffering from cough since last 3-4 months. he has no fever. but cough in night and day also. sometimes like asthma. doctor giving kidpred everytime. one senior child specialist given asthalin enhaler but asthalin enhaler and nibulasation increasing the cough and during this period he vomet 10-12 times. doctor stop the enhaler and give him kidpred and azitus and cetrizine. cough stopped but after 3-4 days again. please suggest.
