Sir, Earlier During May 2015 I Took All Five Doses

sir, earlier during May 2015 i took all five doses of rabies injection( Rabipur, at day 0,3,7,14,28) but now at 14/5/2016 a dog licked my thumb finger and i washed it 7 times by dettol liquid but i found little sensation near the nail and skin , sir please suggest me should i take injection or not , still i dint take any injection.
