Sir, For The Past Three Days In My Left Ear

sir, for the past three days in my left ear there is a fluid collection, I consulted ENT , he took away the fluid from my ear with syringe and suggested to do three or four times. Hence he suggested that there is no medicine and there is no cause for the collection of fluid. please suggest me. Now once again fluid collected in my ear within two days.
