Sir I Am 58 Years Old. From 1.5 Month I

sir i am 58 years old. from 1.5 month i am suffering from not speaking clearly. initially i thought this is due to cold. i am ckecked up by ENT doctor B.K.Jha in Birgunj nepal. he have me 1 month medicine but it didnot affect in problem. after one month he suggested to go Medical College in Bharatpur Nepal & some people in my village suggest me to meet Dr. S.K.Jain in Darbhanga. so pls suggest me what to do?
