sir i am a male ..age 23 weight 63 ..height 5'9 i am a student whenever i study my head gets tight and due to exam pressures i am not able to sleep ..and i sweat when i get cold exposure due ti which i become lazy and i cant work after that and feels sleepy always..after wastage of time due to lazyness and sleepy i feel depressed and i am not able to undrestamd the situation what to ..doctor precribed me petrin tablets for sleepung but i am not able get sleep after taking medications also ....i am also a smoker and usaually i masturbate
