Sir, I Got My First Menarche When I Was 16

sir, i got my first menarche when i was 16 yrs old and i don't have periods monthly infact i had 4-5 times only, in 2 years that is by taking basils seeds as herbal medicine . is this the region i am very thin and also what should i do so that i can have normal periods. sir i need your guidance.
