Sir, I Have Been Affected By Urin Infection Which Caused

sir, i have been affected by urin infection which caused enlargment of both kidney. after treatment the urin infection mainly albumin got cured but it returned as a becterial infection (e collie). i also get cured through medication. Recept URINE ROUTIN AND CULTURE report does not indicate any infection. doctor has advised me to stop medicine. I HAVE STOPPED Taking pills since 13.01.2016. but after stopping medicine i am feeling little bit pain in right side. and at low waist too. does it indicate any problem in kidney.
