Sir I Have Polycystic Ovary Since 2013, I Hv Taken

sir i have polycystic ovary since 2013, i hv taken allopathic medicines for at least 1 year bt no improvement has occured , then i switch on to homeopathic medicine for atleast 7months and i hv done USG this month and it said that there are no cyst in my ovary..i hope the cysts are removed bt this month my periods are getting late by 16 days and still it doesnot occured though i m taking my homeo medicines regularly.. why this is happening? as the cysts are removed so menstruation should be normal i think.... plz suggest..
