Sir, I Have Some Eruptions On My Palms Like Boils

sir, i have some eruptions on my palms like boils and itching on my leg too, i am taking an antibiotic(cefixime +pottassium cauvanate) along with atarax 25 for the last 4 days . some of the eruptions are getting broken with fluid comin gout and the skin is getting dried creating difficulty in folding the palms. also i now have small rashes on my stomach and hands and have itching sensation on my body
kindly advice what to do
