Sir I M Having More Fungus Infection In Groin Area

sir i m having more fungus infection in groin area i have taken all oral antifungal like terbinafine tab all most more then one month and itraconazole and gresofolvin also apply topical cream like ketoconazole ,livofin ,ebernet m,lulifin,all but stil i have this problm so please suggest good medicine pls
