Sir I Went To My Dr For Ear Checkup. He

sir i went to my dr for ear checkup. he ckeaned my ear wax. there was some water entrapped. i put some water from top and turned my head other side to remove the water. after doing it for abt 10times the water got removed.the dr said i have damaged my ear dkin. kindly tell me what should i do. i am habing pain and heaviness in hearing.
