sir! if a child 6 yr old came to a hosp with h/O trauma. c/o severe pain in bilateral tmj area inability to close her mouth.o/e there is lock jaw and trismus,suspected (R) PS #.wat would b the treatmnt and should it be under LA,GA or concious sedation??
