Sir, In Liver Functioning Test & Other Tests It Is

sir, in liver functioning test & other tests it is observed SGOT is 43 & Also grade-1 fatty liver, LDL Cholestrol value 116. my heigt is 174.5cm weight is 75kg. Is there any risk?. How it can be treated?. During my test time i am suffering from viral fever.
Doctor suggested Ursdeoxylic Acid 300 mg + Silymarin 140 mg tablet, can i take this tablet?.
please clear my doubts(Age36,Male, Non-Alchohalic)
