just 2 days back my wife (39 years) had a routine check-up and found that platelet count 133 below normal of 150. besides above her iron value is 55.9 below the normal range, calcium 8.7slightly below the range 8.8 to 10.6, blood urea nitrogen(bun) value is 7 also below the range 7.9 to 20.
please advise what can be the cause for that and what line of treatment is required
