sir/mam i have 10 month old childnd last month pregnancy test was postive nd i was taken mtp kit nd after 14 day i was chek pregnancy negetive bt now this month i found my missed periouds nd pregnancy test is positive ultrasound shows just new pregnancy no specific time perioud of pregnancy only shows endomitriom thickness is 12.6 cm now what we can do in tbis situation??
