Sir, My Father 60yrs Old Feels Chest Pain While Climbing

sir, my father 60yrs old feels chest pain while climbing stairs. we consulted cardiologist in Noida and performed angiography test also as advised by dr. everything is normal. he has no history of diabities or hypertension or gastro problem. we could not understand if everything is normal then why he is feeling pain at time of climbing.
please help
