sir one of my female relative who is aged about 29 years , unmarried have a lean and thin figure remains always depressed and have suicidal tendencies . she is a teacher in primay school she has a installed mindset that her parents did not take her care well so she is so lean and thin and totally disinterested about life she even refuses to take medicine and undergo councilling though there are dearth of good councillors plz advice
