sir,i m 32 yrs old.taking thyroxine sodium tablets 100mcg since 6yrs,increased dose to 200mcg from last yr.my weight was not reduced and its increased these years.sir my tsh was high,free t3,t4 n t3 t4 r almost normal.sir,what r the restricted foods.can i reduce the dose n future
