Six Year Healthy Active Old Male. Has A Hard Swollen

six year healthy active old male. Has a hard swollen bump on scalp behind ear. Not red. Not hurting. Six or eight weeks ago had haircut and not present. About 3/8" + diameter. He is very healthy with no other symptoms. He never complained about the bump or told us.
