Slipped On An Engine Room Stairs 2 Weeks Ago, Jumped

slipped on an engine room stairs 2 weeks ago, jumped off to control the landing and fell about 2m onto metal deck. had big bruise under and inside of left knee, which swelled up during the night but then subsided. now it is just a hard bump, slightly painful to press on but otherwise ok to walk on. Also about a week after the fall i noticed that my left foot turned purplish in line parallel to the floor, from just under my ankle. Its subsided a bit since, but still there. Area is covered by my work/safety boots so i doubt impact injury - could this be some sort of compression injury from landing on the foot? Again, it feels fine to walk on.
