slipped on ice on my deck hitting my back and arm on the edge before landing on my back. Second day after icing i feel a sharp burning pain like a tearing on the upper part of my hip(back). it does not always hurt just when i move that hip muscle. The burning ripping pain lasts for about 30 seconds
