Small Pus Pimples On Both Hands That Itch Started On

small pus pimples on both hands that itch started on Friday and do not seem to be getting any better have been washing hands with antibacterial soap and did have some bactroban but that doesn't seem to help not sure if there is anything new that I have been using and just on my hands the pimples burst but new ones keep popping up
