So I Have Been Having Unprotected Sex For The Past

so I have been having unprotected sex for the past 2 months and have noticed little red bumps that randomly appear on my penis head in sets of 2 about 1mm in size, they do not itch and develop a scab after a few days. Then they fade away. just last night I had sex again with a condom and this morning I've noticed about 20 pin head size dark little red dots appearing around my penis hole I've done a lot of research on the internet and cant find anything similar, help please. I dont have insurance and cannot afford a doctor.
