So I Have A Wisdom Tooth Coming Up Up Top

so i have a wisdom tooth coming up up top on my left side, which is not painful or soar, but i have a hole directly behind where its growing in and its extremely painful. it is slightly inflamed and i also noticed a thin white line connecting my bottom back muller to the hole, and it feels like dry skin. my breath has not changed (so no halitosis) and but i also noticed my jaw is tight on that side and opening my mouth wider has become extremely difficult. any idea what i could do to relieve pain and tightness til i can get to a dentist and what could be wrong?
