So I Have Been Dealing With A Problem In My

so i have been dealing with a problem in my throat i have difficulty swallowing it's very tight and feels like I'm swallowing a lump. It also feels like my tongue is pushing forwards and my neck is also sore. I was told by a ENT that i had swollen lymph tissue in my throat the tissue in my throat looks like it has little bubbles/bumps he thought i might have an infection I've tried two different antibiotic but I'm still having problems any ideas?
