So I Have Foreskin, I Fell Asleep And My Underwear

so i have foreskin, i fell asleep and my underwear caused my foreskin to stay pulled down all night, i woke up as if it lost circulation and it was red, and there are theses little bubles, (like air pockets or dry skin or you know when you get a little bubble on your hand and when you pop its it has bodily fluids and every time you touch it it burns? well that sort of pocket) anyways i wan tto know what you think it might be?
