So I Have These Mostly Yellow Kinda Orange Undertone Spots/stains

so i have these mostly yellow kinda orange undertone spots/stains on my hands and a dermatologist told me it was from smoking cigarettes but even after reducing my intake on them the stains are still there and got a little darker so what could it be and do you know any tips for trying to get rid of them
