So Im 20 And About 3 Years Ago I Fell

so im 20 and about 3 years ago i fell off a rope swing and landed on my butt. i never went to the doctor which was not the right decision because i have constant butt pains that shoot down into my leg, sometimes ill wake up and cant be able to walk. what should i do?
