so listen, I'm new to this. I got into a fight with my older brother and he punched me in the middle of the nose, that wall that separates the left and right nostril. he hit it upward, and man does it hurt. I can bend the flap all the way to the right with massive pain, and when I try to bend to the left, it stops in correct position and won't go any further. the pain is unbearable. any diagnosis would be very appreciated
