So My Father Had Prostrate Cancer About 10 Years Ago.

so my father had prostrate cancer about 10 years ago. The prostrate and the cancer were removed surgically. The cancer reappeared and the oncologists performed radition treatment to kill the cancer and it did.
Now the cancer has reappeared for the 4rd time in his hip bones.
Is this bad or soso?
