So When I Was 14 My Boyfriend Got Arrested For

so when i was 14 my boyfriend got arrested for 2 weeks (he was also 14 at the time). we both lost our virginitys to each other and never slept around on each other .for the two weeks he was gone i didn't have sex. When he came back, we had sex and ever since then my vagina get raw where his penis enters. It starts to crack and bleed and it also itchs. Some times I get small red bumps but I do not have any STD's or any thing .We are both clean. So what can it be?
