Some Part Of My Sperm Is Came Out Lime Faint

some part of my sperm is came out lime faint yellow jelly. is it due to thinking abut sex verymuch.is it becoming a trail of leaked sperm......this kind of sperm is not that much plaserable as it was before..... what can i do.... is it the sign of less fertility of sperm???
