Someone Dropped A Heavy Wrench & It Hit My Forehead.

someone dropped a heavy wrench & it hit my forehead. I may have blacked out for a few seconds. not sure. all I remember is being hit, then felt someone touching me . After a few minutes I was asked waht day it was and I wasn't sure. Is that something that needs to be looked at?
