Someone Was Taking Luggage Out Of The Overhead Bins On

someone was taking luggage out of the overhead bins on airplane today and hit my head quite hard.The area still feels soft and painfuk if i touch it after 12 hours. should i worry? i dont see other symptoms, but i am also heavily jet lagged so maybe it is hard to judge whether i feel extra confused or dazed?
